Lingerie Returns

Most lingerie products have a 30 Day exchange policy as long as the lingerie product meets the conditions set out below:

– All labels are still attached to the product.
– The product is returned in the original undamaged packaging.
– The product has not been worn (except to try on for size).
– The product has not been damaged.
– The products hyginic state is not altered.
– The product has not been altered in any way.
– The product is accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns are not available for pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits.

A liner must be worn when trying on lingerie bottoms or an outfit that has a panty bottom. Take the time to try on the lingerie carefully.

Faulty lingerie products have a 30 day replacement warranty from the date you receive the lingerie. If the product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

A satisfaction guarantee on any of the lingerie products is not available.

When returning the product, you must provide the following details:
– Your full name
– Your order number
– Explination of why the product is being returned
– Instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with the lingerie product.

Providing a contact phone number may be helpful should we need to contact you.

Note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you with no charge.
